Sam Barron is a Design/Build General Contractor with a specialty in restaurants.  He built his first restaurant, Maggie Brown, in 2004.  Since then he has designed and built several of his own locations as well as consulting and building for clients.  

Woodwork is his passion.  Lafayette Restaurant can provide clients with unique Bar Tops, Table Tops, Furniture and more. 

Sam has also worked in the Front Of House of restaurants since he was 15.  Maximizing operational function is essential in his build out.  In this regard, he brings many years of experience as a server, as well as, owner and operator.
